Manifesto v1.0
The Belief: Every life is already a screenplay.
You do not need a film school degree. You do not need an agent, a manager, or a meeting on a studio lot. You need a story. And you already have one.
Your life is worth a movie. Write it.
I. The Belief
The grandmother who survived a war, rebuilt her family, and never once complained. The teenager navigating a world that doesn't make sense yet. These are the stories that cinema was invented to tell. We built Script.Movie for everyone the gatekeepers ignored.
II. The Problem
Hollywood built walls — not to protect quality, but to protect access. The unspoken rule: if you don't look like us, your story isn't worth making. The craft of screenwriting belongs to anyone with something to say.
Our Values
- ACCESS FOR ALL
- No AI exploitation
- CREATIVE INTEGRITY
III. The Commitment
Script.Movie is built to get your story out of your head and onto a page. Industry-standard formatting that doesn't require a manual. We are obsessive about removing every piece of friction.
IV. The Ethics
We will not build AI features that exploit stolen creative labor. Your words are yours. Your structure is yours. Your story is yours. We will never train on your work without your explicit, informed consent.
V. The Responsibility
Manifestos are easy to write. Living by them is harder. If we make decisions that contradict what you've read here, call us out. We will be transparent about what we build and why.
